Siva brings over 29 years of leadership experience in Business Development, Program Management, Project Delivery, and Talent Sourcing across the enterprise application landscape, including ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, Digital, and Cloud solutions.
His professional journey began in industrial automation before moving into IT consulting, where he has spent the last 26+ years working across APAC, Middle East, Nordic, and US markets. During this time, he has successfully led multi-country transformation initiatives for global organizations such as – AP Moller Maersk, Johnson & Johnson, Mahindra Group, Mubadala Group, Randstad, TVS Group, Chemoil Corporation, Fosroc, RR Donnelley etc.,
Before founding VELCOM, Siva held senior leadership positions at Sundaram Infotech (TVS Group), California Software, CG Maersk, SRM Technologies, Future Focus Infotech, and Real Value, where he built and scaled Enterprise Application Consulting and Delivery businesses.
Today, as the driving force behind VELCOM, Siva continues to bridge business strategy with technology execution, ensuring that enterprise applications deliver not just systems, but sustainable business value, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Before co-founding VELCOM, Anu held HR leadership roles at Accel Group, Career Growth Consultants, and Gemini International, where she successfully scaled recruitment operations, streamlined HR processes, and developed long-term talent pipelines across industries.
Anu combines her deep HR expertise with a technology-driven outlook, making her a key driver of VELCOM’s philosophy of aligning people, processes, and platforms to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
