His professional journey began in industrial automation before moving into IT consulting, where he has spent the last 26+ years working across APAC, Middle East, Nordic, and US markets. During this time, he has successfully led multi-country transformation initiatives for global organizations such as – AP Moller Maersk, Johnson & Johnson, Mahindra Group, Mubadala Group, Randstad, TVS Group, Chemoil Corporation, Fosroc, RR Donnelley etc.,
Before founding VELCOM, Siva held senior leadership positions at Sundaram Infotech (TVS Group), California Software, CG Maersk, SRM Technologies, Future Focus Infotech, and Real Value, where he built and scaled Enterprise Application Consulting and Delivery businesses.
Today, as the driving force behind VELCOM, Siva continues to bridge business strategy with technology execution, ensuring that enterprise applications deliver not just systems, but sustainable business value, operational efficiency, and innovation.
