The Indian Agro solutions company with presence in both the crop protection and crop health segment for more than 35 years. Based out of Chennai, it employs over 500 personnel predominantly in sales and operations and also has 8,000 dealers across twenty states. Its 3 manufacturing facilities at Pudukkottai, Chennai & Jammu, are engaged in the manufacture of agro inputs such as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, etc and plant nutrients across various crops.

The customer is currently using Tally and was interested in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to manage its finance, sales, purchase, inventory and manufacturing operations. The customer has asked VELCOM to assist them to first set the goals and budget for the ERP project initiative
