About Customer

The customer is one of the leading manufacturers of Parabolic Springs, Leaf Springs, Automotive Springs & Spring Assemblies in India. They supply to OEM's (Heavy / Light commercial vehicles), dealers and distributors across the globe. They work on custom design & development of automobile Leaf & Parabolic Springs. Their expertise includes the development of vehicle suspension systems for all heavy & light vehicles. Through effective business practices, their management and technical experts evaluate, prioritize, manage and implement projects to assure client satisfaction.

Business Situation

The customer has implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV version 3.7 for its Sales & Inventory operations and was interested in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage its contacts, leads & opportunities and also integrate it with MS Office & its ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). The customer has asked VELCOM to assist in their CRM project initiative.

Solution

Firstly, VELCOM team performed detail sessions with its customer team to understand their business requirements & budget. Based on the above requirements, VELCOM evaluated various CRM solutions and finalized Zoho CRM. VELCOM also assisted the customer in importing the master data in terms of contact, leads & opportunities into Zoho CRM. Its integration with MS Office & NAV would be taken up in Phase 2.
